All of our products has a 2 Year warranty. The items must be inspected and any missing items or damage reported within a reasonable time. If Your item arrived damaged please contact us and send photos and/or video of the damaged part. If the item is damaged by our fault we will replace the damaged part or we can issue a partial refund for the damaged part.
The following situations are specifically excluded from this guarantee:
In the Event of any part being replaced under a warranty it is your responsibility to fit that part. For more information about the warranty please read the supplied using guide.
Please note that custom built items cannot be returned.
We only will accept the return of a faulty product (damage comes from us). We will need to establish that the damage came from us (please check the added warranty for what is needed) as well as the time period in which it happened. We may decline a return if it doesn't match the requirements. In some cases, when the product has been used for some time and the customer doesn't want a warranty fix, we may able to offer just a partial refund due to wear and tear.
Please note: in the event of the buyer cancelling the order after the first half payment, the payment won't be refunded.

In a case of return You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process our credit request (1 to 2 business days).
